Printmaking & Peach Tea

  • Seven and One Books 1138 North 2nd Street Abilene United States (map)

Join us as Summer walks us through the process of creating a single-color linocut print on vintage book paper. You will leave with a few original teacup stack prints and your hand carved linoleum block so you can create more prints at home for gifts!

Summer Walters is a former art teacher and lover of all things creative. Currently, she works at ACU as a Student Success Manager and in her words "is a big fan of Seven and One Books." Anyone who knows Summer delights in her presence and many Abilenians grew to love her when she brought us My Sister's House Consignment Pop Up for 10 years.

Due to the hands on nature of this event we are limiting it to 12 per session. Session 2 will create a book stack. You are welcome to sign up for both classes and create a set of original prints to frame as well as the linoleum blocks to create additional prints.

When picking your event please pay special attention to the dates!

Your $35 Ticket includes your linoleum block, the printmaking process, and several prints as well as delish Peach Tea and snacks! Tickets here:
